Luna's Apothecarium Store Policy:

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair, and transparent policies for our customers. Learn more below and reach out with questions.

-No returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of this product once it is shipped to you it can't be returned. If you need to cancel the order it must be done within 24 hours of the order being placed. Only then will a refund be issued. If there are any questions or concerns over the product you have received please reach out so Luna's Apothecarium can help the situation.

-If there is an issue with a broken product please reach out via email with a photo within 24 hours of delivery.

-Shipping Policy: Shipping times do vary between 3-7 days.

-Fulfillment Policy: Luna's Apothecarium is a small business so it may take a couple days to fulfill your order. No worries it usually doesn't take more than 72 hours!

-We do not buy, sell, or copy information. We do use cookies to help with our site performance and a better shopping experience.

Custom orders may take up to 1 to 6 weeks depending on the order. Luna's Apothecarium will send an email letting you know what time frame you should expect. Rush orders can be done on everything except soap.
